For as long as I can remember Dance has been the place I feel at home. It takes people away from the stresses of everyday life, it brings people together & is a creative expression that lights up the soul. It taught me to be disciplined, and to get back up after every set back. There is no greater feeling in the world than getting lost in music and I am grateful for everything that dancing has taught me.
Feeling connected to your body, calm in your mind and energised by the beat, is what Soul & Sass is all about.
The sessions are designed to empower you and master exciting new choreography.
I trained professionally at Bodywork Company Cambridge and love choreographing various styles including: Musical Theatre, Commercial, Lyrical & Heels. My career highlights include dancing at the 'Brit Awards' for Kanye West, performing in the Musical 'We Will Rock You.' Both in Germany & Norway. Working on the TV Production 'Musical ShowStar' and choreographing for several corporate events, including one for the MGM Grand, Las Vegas to 16,000 people.
